We make it easy for you! After you've placed your order we will send you a confirmation mail.
What then happens?
- The atelier makes the hat to your wishes
- We carefully wrap your design in paper before placing it in the box that will protect it
- We hand your order to our trusted shipping company (mostly TNT Post or DHL)
- After 5 working days* the design will be delivered to your address of choice!
* the number of delivery days are indicated in the product description
Eudia only charges a small fee for shipping costs. To make it clear up front, this is the overview!

In case a designs needs to be send back, just know we are here to help you out. Please send us a mail or call us upfront if you have any questions.
All hats are handcrafted with the greatest care and best quality materials. Eudia strives to deliver you the best product possible. If the hat doesn’t fulfill your wishes you can return it within 30 days with the Eudia tag / labels still attached to the product. If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs).
There are 3 short steps to make returning go super smooth!
1. Returns are only accepted if
- the product is in its original packaging,
- the original tag and labels are on it,
- the product is not damaged and the hat isn’t worn.
2. If this is the case, than returning is real easy. There are only 2 more things to keep in mind:
- Return costs are for the customer.
- When you return your product always send an e-mail to email@example.com to inform us.
3. And then we give you:
- Within 3 days you will receive shop credits which you can spend in our online shop or our physical stores in Amsterdam or The Hague. (When you have returned a package)
